Yes! Most of our caps come with adjustable straps (snapback, Velcro, or buckle) for a comfortable, customizable fit.
3. How do I care for my cap or clothing?
We recommend spot cleaning caps with mild soap and water. For clothing, refer to the care label on each item. Most can be machine washed cold and air dried.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn and in original condition. Check our Returns Policy.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
6. Do you ship internationally?
No, we don't! Because International shipping times and rates are high & vary by destination.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link/number via email or SMS to monitor its journey to you.
8. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We're really sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement.
9. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and delivered via email. Great for last-minute gifting!
